Phoebe is one of my first purple pieces from recent demand, as purple is making a huge comeback. She is a hand blocked leather crown, with elastic at the nape of the neck for ultimate comfort. She features two tone handmade leather flowers with netting to give Phoebe additional height. She is very light and comfortable.
